Katalaya is the oldest of four siblings, all paced in care. She enjoys taking the lead and spending quality time with her younger brothers and sisters. Katalaya loves reading, especially stories about dragons and fairy tales. During family visits, she often shares her excitement about her latest book or the imaginary worlds she has been exploring.

Katalaya is a bright and imaginative child who experiences big feelings and has a special love for dragons. Unfortunately, she will be moving to a new placement, one where she won't be with her siblings.
