Samantha also loves arts and crafts, which allow her to express her creativity and serve as effective coping skills.
Samantha has her heart set on a pair of Beats earbuds for her birthday. As someone who loves listening to music, she finds that it helps her cope with anxiety. She envisions using them while exercising to energize her workouts and also before bed to unwind and relax. These earbuds would truly enhance her daily routine and bring her joy in various moments.
