Makayla is a kind and strong girl who lives with her grandmother, who provides her with a loving and safe home. This support has helped Makayla feel secure and grow in confidence. One of Makayla’s greatest joys is singing, especially in her church choir. Music allows her to express her feelings and brings her happiness and a sense of purpose.
