Dallas is an introvert who keeps to herself, she has a hard time to communicate her feelings. Dallas and her brother witnessed their mother get physically, mentally, and verbally abused majority of their lives. She has been relocated throughout her childhood. As she recently reunited with her brother and mother, Dallas and her family are turning a new chapter in their lives to have a better future.

The Dallas trauma group is embarking on a journey of self-love. This initiative will help Dallas explore various ways of cultivating self-love and deepen her understanding of its significance. It aims to empower her to embrace herself in different aspects, enhancing her feelings and boosting her confidence. Through this experience, she will not only witness her emotional growth but also recognize the achievements she's made on her path to learning how to love herself.
