Although she is afraid of these new changes, she wants to pursue a different life. Lachae enjoys music, dancing, and doing hair, and she wants to return to the things she loves. As someone who has been antisocial due to bullying, she longs for a change and is determined to embrace it. She desires to connect with other teenagers her age and experience something different.

Lachae's trauma group is focusing on the concept of self-love. This journal will help her build confidence in a positive way. It will encourage her to open up and explore the different ways to practice self-love, applying these lessons not only in group sessions but also at home.
