Joy is a loving young mother who is working hard to build the best life she can for her daughter. Since aging out, she has worked closely with various agencies to pursue job opportunities and programs for her personal growth. Joy is somewhat softspoken but lights up a room with her warm energy nonetheless. She hopes to one day be employed as a hairdresser, as she is passionate about helping her friends and family look their best.

Joy recently moved into a new apartment and finally realized the dream of having a home to raise her young daughter. While she has been able to fill the space with various furniture items, Joy does not currently have the means to purchase a television. A TV would help complete the apartment and give Joy an easy means of decompressing after a long day caring for her daughter.
