Victor is a sweet boy who finds his greatest joy in playing with his four siblings. You can often find him swinging at the park, listening to music, or riding his bike around the neighborhood. In school, he’s thriving, with math being his favorite subject. When it comes to food, Victor has a soft spot for hot dogs and loves a trip to Skyline Chili for their famous coney dogs. His outgoing nature makes it easy for him to make new friends, bringing warmth and joy to those around him. Currently, Victor is placed in foster care, where he continues to shine.

Victor and his siblings have recently been placed in a foster home where they can stay together. While they appreciate the new environment, Victor sometimes finds it challenging to concentrate on his homework. He believes that having a tablet would really help him. It would allow him to carry his practice work with him wherever he goes, making it easier for him to stay focused and complete his assignments.
