Alverta is currently living in a foster home, separated from her two siblings. Foster care has been very challenging for her because she feels all alone while her siblings are together. However, she enjoys attending school and is making progress in managing her behavior. Alverta loves to dance, watch music videos, and engage in arts and crafts. She also enjoys helping others around the house.

Alverta loves playing outside with the neighborhood children, often joining in their games and activities. However, she doesn’t have anything to ride while she's out there, which makes it less fun. An electric scooter would make a huge difference for her, allowing her to zip around and keep up with everyone. She would really enjoy the excitement of gliding through the neighborhood on her own wheels.
