Jameson was born prematurely at just 27 weeks and has spent considerable time in the NICU. He has faced significant challenges and has already undergone two surgeries. He is scheduled for another surgery to correct a perforated bowel and to have both a G-tube and a colostomy bag placed, which should help him gain weight appropriately. When his health began to decline, his birth parents left him at the hospital and have not visited since. He and his twin brother are being discharged to their foster home.

Jameson is set to be discharged to his foster home, but he currently does not have any pajamas that fit him. Due to his medical conditions, it is important for him to have pajamas made of bamboo or organic cotton. This will help ensure that his skin, particularly around his incisions, stays clean and healthy. These materials will also help keep him comfortable and safe.
