Rylee is a vibrant and active child who loves to have fun! For nearly three years, he has thrived in his current foster home, where he enjoys playing and bonding with their grandchildren. Rylee is autistic, and the structure and routine that his family provides are essential for his well-being. They create a supportive environment that allows him to express himself freely and be a kid, while also helping him learn to manage his emotions. With their guidance, Rylee has the chance to channel his energy into playful activities, making every day an adventure. His laughter and joy are contagious, and he brings a unique light to everyone around him!

Rylee has been on a new medication for a couple of months, showing significant improvements in self-regulation, self-control, and temperament. He's now seeking less outside sensory input and receiving wonderful reports from school. However, one side effect is that he isn’t sleeping through the night and is waking up early, thinking it’s time to start the day. To help with this, a programmable alarm clock will let Rylee know when it's appropriate for him to get out of bed and play quietly in his room without disturbing his foster parents.
