A new shirt for Zion to wear on Easter

Zion, 9 years old, OR | clock-icon NEEDED BY 03/27

Zion is lively and brings energy to the field when he plays football or soccer. Whether he’s throwing the ball around in the backyard or practicing at the park, he loves being active and having fun. Sports help him burn off energy and feel good about himself while making friends. He's naturally athletic and works hard to improve his skills. As the oldest sibling, Zion feels a strong responsibility to take care of his younger brothers and sisters. His desire to protect them comes from his experiences growing up, which included some tough times before being adopted by his older cousin and their partner. Even though his new home is loving and stable, Zion sometimes struggles to relax, feeling like he always has to be strong. He’s learning that it’s okay to ask for help, share his feelings, and trust others to support him.

Zion is looking forward to celebrating Easter and has a special request this year—he is asking for a lavender shirt to wear for the occasion. With the joy of spring and the excitement of Easter Sunday, he wants something that feels fresh, bright, and meaningful. A lavender shirt would be the perfect choice, adding a soft pop of color that reflects the spirit of the season and helps him feel confident and dressed for the celebration.
