Noelle is a bright and spirited young girl who is full of personality and big dreams. After experiencing difficult transitions and time in foster care, along with the recent loss of many belongings in a house fire, she continues to show resilience and hope as she prepares for a new chapter.

Noelle loves to help out in the kitchen and feels proud when she can be part of preparing meals for her family.
