Sonnie has been in foster care since he was an infant and has also been diagnosed with autism. Despite his challenges, he has shown remarkable perseverance and has accomplished many of his goals. Sonnie graduated from high school and is currently attending college. He has set his sights on law school, with the aspiration of becoming an attorney.

Sonnie is a student at CSUN, where he is excelling academically. He has earned a spot on the Dean's List due to his high GPA. Despite facing challenges, including his disability, Sonnie consistently shows that these obstacles do not limit his potential. Sonnie really wants an iPad to make it easier for him to take notes, complete assignments, and stay organized. However, as a struggling college student, he has not been able to afford one, as he must prioritize more essential expenses. Having an iPad would enhance Sonnie's learning experience and, more importantly, boost his confidence in his ability to succeed in school.
