Russell is a resilient young boy in care who loves spending time with his sister. He has experienced many changes in his life and wishes for stability. Russell loves playing games and learning new skills.

Russell is starting to pay more attention to how he looks and feels each day. He enjoys matching his outfits in the morning and making sure his hair is neat. This year, he’s excited to get some cool shirts, shorts, and shoes, and he’s especially looking forward to his first birthday shopping trip, where he can choose everything for himself.
