Mi'lah is a quiet and reserved child who tends to keep to herself unless she feels comfortable with someone. Once a person gets to know her, she becomes outgoing and playful. She lives with her grandmother and enjoys reading, coloring, playing with dolls alongside her cousin, getting her nails painted and riding her bike outside. Although times are a bit rough for Mi'lah and her sister, she still manages to find happiness each day.

Mi'lah needs a new pair of rain boots because she walks to the bus stop to get to school, and also uses public transportation to travel to other places. She has outgrown her previous pair of rain boots, and getting a new pair will be beneficial for her daily commutes. These rain boots will keep her feet dry and help prevent her from getting sick.
