Tiffany wishes for a trip to Target to pick out new clothes and accessories for a cruise she is taking with her foster family. Tiffany is so excited for this trip and she would love to be able to go to a store and pick out anything she wants. Thank you for making this a trip to remember for Tiffany! Tiffany is a loveable and intelligent 5 year old girl who loves Frozen and Minnie Mouse. Tiffany has made great strides in her foster home and in her community. Tiffany participates in her older sister's track meets and is excited to join the team when she gets older.
