Elgin flourishes when he is outside and active. He can often be seen swinging, running, climbing, jumping, or spinning. Currently, he is in a fictive kin placement with his older brother, and he is doing well. Elgin absolutely loves characters from Sonic and SpongeBob. When he takes a break from his physical activities, he enjoys doing puzzles, listening to music, or playing with Play-Doh.

Elgin loves big movements and performs best when he can play outdoors. His caregiver mentions that he has been trying to use his older brother's roller skates, which often leads to arguments between the two boys. Elgin would really appreciate having his own pair of roller skates so he can race around with his brother! A pair of skates would make a fantastic birthday gift for him!
