Arcadia University- H.O.M.E. ProgramKazchmir is a creative and resilient young woman who is the oldest of five siblings. She loves making pattern-woven keychains for her school bag and relaxing with her favorite movie, Avatar. Though her experience in foster care still impacts her daily, she is grateful for the supportive people in her life.
Kaz is asking for a hiking backpack as she hopes to get back into hiking this summer. Spending time outdoors is something she enjoys and would love to return to. She would also use this backpack for school, as the one she currently has is uncomfortable and causes strain on her back when carrying her belongings around campus. Having a supportive backpack would make a big difference in her daily routine while also allowing her to pursue an activity she loves.
