Jillian is a former foster youth who has demonstrated so much grit and resilience in the face of hardship. She is a single mother to a sweet girl. Since aging out of foster care, Jillian has struggled with homelessness and has done everything in her power to protect her daughter from that struggle. Now, Jillian lives in a transitional housing program and is working towards finding more permanent housing for herself and her daughter. Jillian has deep faith and an amazing work ethic and has continued her education, even while working full-time. She is just a few units away from her Associate's degree. She has a long-term goal of becoming a therapist and specializing in working with people who struggle with addiction.

As a single mom who has successfully broken the intergenerational cycle of foster care, Jillian wants nothing more than to make fun memories with her daughter, and the money she earns goes straight to necessities. Her daughter loves science, the ocean, and animals. Jillian knows that a trip to SeaWorld would not only be inspiring for her daughter, but it would be a memory that they treasure forever.
