Elliot is currently in a foster home, separate from his brother, and he misses him dearly. He hopes that one day they can be placed together. Although Elliot is a bit shy at first, he reveals his bright personality once he feels comfortable. He enjoys playing outside and riding his bike as much as possible!

For his birthday, Elliot is hoping to go to his favorite restaurant, Applebee's. His favorite meal includes boneless buffalo wings followed by a burger. His resource parents want to surprise him with a birthday dinner for him, his brother, and hopefully his mom can join them too! Elliot has enjoyed celebrating his birthdays at Applebee's in the past and would love to continue that tradition.
