Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.

Jac is a sweet little boy who has autism and a condition that caused him to be born with a club foot, resulting in limited use of his hand. Despite these challenges, his strong will and determination help him overcome obstacles. After undergoing multiple surgeries, Jac learned to walk, run, climb, and use his hand to the best of his ability, truly embodying the spirit of a champion. Jac is in need of new sneakers because he recently had a growth spurt, and his current shoes no longer fit properly. New sneakers would help Jac feel comfortable and confident as he continues to thrive in life.
