Jac is a strong little guy whose will and determination gives him the ability to thrive. He was born with a hole in his heart and is also presently undergoing a series of corrective surgeries for his club foot. Though the things that most of us don’t give a second thought of slow him down; his will and determination truly show that he has the heart of a champion.

Jac is a remarkable little boy who is growing and thriving every day. Despite his physical limitations, he emerges victorious in his daily challenges. Currently, Jac is in need of new shirts, as his old ones no longer fit and are beginning to ride up on him. New shirts would not only provide him with physical comfort but also give him the confidence boost he needs to continue flourishing.
