Anna is active, curious, and smart. She is living in a foster home with her twin sister and another sibling. Anna loves to play learning activities on her tablet and loves Peppa Pig. She has so much fun playing outside with her siblings and loves going to the beach.

Anna loves riding on her sister's scooter, but because she is so small, she is constantly falling off. She wants a scooter of her own and loves anything that is Sonic the Hedgehog. The 3-wheeled scooter will help Anna with her balance and allow her to safely ride along with her sisters. Anna loves being outdoors playing instead of sitting in the house watching TV, and will enjoy zipping around her block on her new scooter.
