Jachere has a strong desire to have a Bible at home so he can learn more about the Lord. As he listens to the preacher talk about Bible stories, he wants to understand these stories for himself. Having a kid-friendly Bible will allow Jachere to read and comprehend the stories on his own. This wish will not only help him gain insight into the stories but also improve his reading skills, which he needs assistance with. And, it will boost his confidence in reading at school.
