Jessie is a pre-teen, but developmentally, she is more like a 9 or 10-year-old. She is a sweet girl who is quite tall and big for her age, which sometimes leads to misunderstandings about her. Despite this, she has friendships and enjoys activities like playing board games, playing with dolls, coloring, and watching TV.

Jessie is in placement, and this Easter will be her first holiday away from her mother. To make this occasion special for her, her caseworker wants to surprise her with a delightful E basket that she can wake up to on Easter morning.
