Brie is eagerly looking forward to her birthday, dreaming of the perfect gift: a scooter with light-up wheels. With her brothers constantly zipping around on their scooters, she can't help but feel a bit left out. Having her own scooter would not only allow her to join in on the fun but also make her special day even more memorable.
