Jahcere is a twin who loves exploring new places with his sister. He enjoys watching Cocomelon and Paw Patrol. His favorite foods are chicken and broccoli.

Jahcere is living in a safe house with his twin sister and mother. The sudden move to the safe house did not allow Jahcere to bring his toys or other belongings from their home. He is having a difficult time adjusting, and having a tablet would help occupy his time, providing both entertainment and a way to access learning resources.
