Ashlyn comes from a large family with five siblings. Her mom stays at home to take care of the younger children while her dad works. The family prioritizes their faith and each other, and they rarely ask for help. Ashlyn is sweet, kind, caring, helpful, and empathetic; she never gets into trouble. She earns good grades and is a friend to everyone she meets.

Ashlyn is excited about starting middle school, especially because she wants to enter with her friends by her side. To ensure she has everything she needs for success, she's hoping to get a new zipper binder. Since there won’t be lockers in middle school, staying organized is more important than ever. Plus, having a really cool zip binder just like her friends would make her feel even more confident and ready to take on this new adventure.
