Harley is a former foster youth with life goals. Always accompanied by his hyperactive rescue dog, Sherra, he enjoys visiting his chosen family and spending quality time with them. Together, they cook meals, visit parks, and plan low-cost excursions.

Harley is starting college, which comes with a lot of new responsibilities and challenges. He’s really determined, but he’s facing a big problem. The computer he uses for school won't hold a charge, and the power cord is taped together and only works sometimes. Harley is doing his best to manage his money, spending what he has on basic needs like utilities, which means he can’t afford to buy a new laptop.
