Bill has been in foster care for several years and has faced a lot of hardship. He has suffered a lot of trauma from neglect and has not always received the necessary support and belongings. He has found a lot of happiness in his current placement and is learning how to be a kid again. For the first time in his life, Bill has been given the opportunity to be involved in extracurriculars, and he has been loving swim class. Bill loves anime, sports, and reading and is a huge history buff. He can sit and talk about Greek history and mythology for hours! He is a leader to his brother and is very empathetic to his peers.

Bill and his brother are working hard to achieve their goals while dealing with the stress of an uncertain future. For his birthday, Bill's brother is getting a watch, but wants to ensure that everything remains fair for Bill. Their strong bond and ability to get along, even during disagreements, have helped them navigate these challenging times. Bill will enjoy using the watch to track his fitness progress, play parent-controlled puzzle games, and compete with his brother.
