Stephen is a vibrant and energetic little guy who has spent his entire life in the system, knowing nothing else. He adores being snuggled by his caregivers and is quite vocal, often cooing happily. Stephen loves looking at images with bright, contrasting colors, which captivate his attention and bring him joy.

Stephen has had a difficult time adjusting to formula. His pediatrician has recommended using donor breast milk; however, this option is not covered by his insurance. Stephen's foster parents want the best for him and have located a reputable milk bank through their local health system. Going this route is super expensive and creates a huge financial burden on his family. This wish will provide a few days' worth of milk for him and give them the smallest amount of financial relief.
