Diaper bags are crucial for children in DCP&P care, especially for little Edmond, who has two visits each week with his biological mom. His busy schedule means having a well-packed diaper bag is essential. It needs to hold everything from diapers and bottles to formula and wipes, ensuring that both his foster mom and biological mom have what they need to care for him. Additionally, at the start, the bag will serve a special purpose, passing notes and photos between the foster mom and bio mom until they can safely communicate over the phone. This way, Edmond’s needs are met while helping both moms stay connected during this important time.
