Shelton and his sister are in foster care. He is a typical boy who loves to giggle, cuddle, and explore the world around him. Shelton enjoys watching his big sister run and play.

Shelton is a sweet boy who is curious about everything in the world around him. He is currently working on his motor skills and would really enjoy a "Feed the Fish" interactive game. This toy lets him put balls in and watch them travel down colorful tubes. The fish theme makes it even more fun, as he loves to make fish noises whenever he sees fish swim by during visits to the aquarium with his sister and caregivers.
