Charlotte possesses extraordinary athletic abilities. She had a very traumatic entry into the world and was placed into traditional foster care at just three months old. Fortunately, she is growing up surrounded by love from family and friends who couldn't imagine life without her. In the fall of 2022, after nearly three years in the system, Charlotte was adopted and finally found her forever home. She lives with her mom and adopted brother. Her mom is a single parent on a fixed income.

Charlotte needs knee pads and elbow pads to help prevent injuries while she's using her new skateboard, which she just received as a gift. With the right protective gear, she can enjoy her skating adventures with greater confidence and safety.
