Carti was placed in foster care along with his siblings. Unfortunately, he has moved through three different homes in a short period of time. However, he has been fortunate to stay with both of his siblings. Carti is a fun-loving, energetic, and active child. He enjoys running, playing, and spending time outdoors. He loves playing with other kids and enjoys attending daycare.

Carti is quite independent and enjoys staying active. He prefers riding to sitting in the stroller. This ride-on board can be attached to the stroller, allowing Carti to walk whenever he wants and ride when he needs a break. This will make trips to the park, stores, and summer activities enjoyable for the whole family!
