Jameson was born prematurely at just 27 weeks and has spent considerable time in the NICU. He has faced significant challenges and has already undergone two surgeries. He is scheduled for another surgery to correct a perforated bowel and to have both a G-tube and a colostomy bag placed, which should help him gain weight appropriately. When his health began to decline, his birth parents left him at the hospital and have not visited since. He and his twin brother are being discharged to their foster home.

Just like his brother Alex, Jameson has been in the NICU since birth, wrapped in a copper pearl blanket that he feels very connected to. He is hoping to be discharged soon and would appreciate having a blanket like it at his foster family's home.
