Danielle is an amazing young lady who is currently placed in foster care with her younger sibling. She has had somewhat of a hard time in foster care, but she is currently trying to work through the emotional trauma she suffered. She loves to sing and dance. Danielle also loves to style hair and wants to own her own salon one day.

Danielle just got out of a residential facility after being away for 9 months. Now, she is living in a new foster home in her community, and she is doing well. She recently asked for a new pair of shoes for her new school. Danielle feels awkward about asking for things because she has been let down a lot in her life. Getting the new shoes would help her feel better about herself and show her that it’s okay to ask for what she wants – sometimes, wishes can come true.
