Kaelub is a smart young man with a bright future ahead of him. He enjoys playing video games, is part of a gaming league, and loves being outdoors, especially playing basketball. Kaelub has expressed a desire to get a job and is also interested in joining the military. He came into care with a kinship family and was placed with two of his younger siblings, though he was separated from one of them. Despite the trauma Kaelub has experienced, he is doing very well in his placement and is looking forward to the summer.

Kaelub considers himself a diehard basketball fan. He eats, breathes, and lives basketball. Despite all the changes he has recently gone through, Kaelub strives to do his best in everything related to basketball. He enjoys discussing basketball topics and can talk about them for hours. Kaelub would love to have his very own jersey with a replicated autograph from his favorite player, Kevin Durant, to help him cope with the ongoing changes in his life.
