Fostering Hope - MontcoJackson is a smart and sweet kid who is struggling with ADHD and impulse control. He was placed in foster care as a baby along with his brother. They are both so positive about their history and how their family is chosen and made up of love. Both boys have been doing well in school and love baseball. Jackson made his travel baseball team. Even though he sometimes struggles with wanting to be part of a sport, he is a star on the team and is a role model for his teammates. Being part of this team continues to help with his hyperactivity and provides an outlet for his energy.
Jackson and his neighborhood buddies love hanging outside now that the weather is nicer. As they get older they don’t have as many things to keep them busy though. Jackson would love his own basketball hoop. He thinks it would allow them to be active and have fun. He's always been a baseball player but thinks he might really love basketball too! This hoop is perfect as it is portable, so he can move it on and off the driveway when they want to use it. He hopes he becomes good enough to make the school team next year!
