It was decided that her forever home will be with her grandma, whom Cassondra loves dearly.
Cassondra would love a day out on the town with Grandma shopping. She is a girly girl and wants to spruce up her wardrobe. This will allow her to pick out what she likes best and feel confident and comfortable in any outfit! This is wish 2 of 2.
