Natalie is a self-motivated person who has made significant progress in her life. She receives support from her kinship placement, which is her maternal uncle and his family. After spending some time in a group home, she was able to move in with them. Natalie has set a goal to start a pre-nursing program in high school and plans to intern at her local hospital over the summer with her kinship aunt. In her free time, Natalie enjoys hanging out with her youth group and doing her hair and nails.

Natalie has come a long way with her school's credit recovery, and after this spring, she will be on track for her grade and to graduate. Natalie was accepted into the neighboring county's pre-nursing program for high school students and will start next fall. Since it is the next county over, if there is a snow day or any other days off between districts, Natalie would need to provide her own transportation. Both of her foster parents work, so they plan to have Natalie learn to drive and provide her with a car for the next school year. This wish will help financially as both driver's ed and a car are large expenses, but necessary for Natalie's program.
