Marshall is a focused and motivated young man with clear goals for his future. Currently navigating extended foster care, he is actively developing his independent living skills and working hard to build a stable foundation for adulthood. He is incredibly interested in pursuing a construction trade program to gain hands-on skills for a lasting career. Despite facing the natural anxieties and challenges that come with transitioning to independent living, Marshall manages them with great resilience and a commitment to personal growth. Supported by a close circle of friends, a caring girlfriend, and his CASA. Matshall enjoys relaxing at the beach, playing video games, and catching up on sleep in his free time.

Matthew is a motivated student who is currently attending an independent study program once a week as he works toward graduating. Reliable transportation has been a challenge, and although Matthew and one of his support staff are actively working with his school to establish a transportation service through HopSkipDrive, the process is still underway and expected to take a couple of weeks for approval. In the meantime, Matthew needs a way to consistently get to his program so he can stay on track academically. A Lyft gift card would provide him with safe and reliable transportation during this gap period, ensuring he does not miss important instructional time. Matthew is committed to his education and is doing everything he can to stay on track for graduation. This support would make a meaningful difference in helping him maintain his progress while long-term transportation arrangements are finalized.
