As part of this program, he is working on building essential life skills to successfully transition into adulthood. Recently, Matthew has been struggling to maintain the cleanliness of his home and has not passed housing inspections over the past three months. His support team is actively working with him to develop routines and skills around cleaning and home management. However, one of the main barriers is that Matthew does not have the proper cleaning supplies and products needed to keep his space clean. Providing Matthew with basic cleaning supplies would give him the tools he needs to practice and maintain a clean living environment. This support will help him meet housing expectations, build confidence in his independent living skills, and maintain his current housing placement.
