Wesley is the oldest of three siblings who have all been in foster care the majority of their young lives. Fortunately, Wesley has been able to live with his grandma for the last several years. Wesley loves collecting Pokémon cards, reading books, and playing chess. Wesley has won the chess tournament two years in a row at his school! He loves all things sports and enjoys all of the extra-curricular sports activities at his school. Grandma does all that she can to help provide for Wesley and his siblings; however, money is still tight as a single parent herself.

Wesley has been asking to go to Knott's Berry Farm this summer. A season pass would allow him to have fun while spending quality time together as a family during the summer break from school. Grandma has been trying to save money for the kids' passes; however, other priorities keep coming up that she has to pay for. As a single parent raising her three grandchildren, she is tight on finances.
