Delilah is a wonderful young lady. She is very bright and wants to pursue college when she is released from care. Delilah had troubles in her childhood, but she is now heading in the right direction. She has found herself and her voice. She wants to keep moving forward on a good path.

Delilah has not yet decided whether she will pursue college or go straight into work, but she needs access to both options. She plans to apply to college, while also keeping employment as a backup plan. A laptop would give her the flexibility to explore and apply for both opportunities online. Living in a rural area makes it difficult for her to access in-person services, so having a laptop would ensure she can take the necessary steps toward her future from home.
