Waylon is a lively, rough-and-tumble kid who loves being outside. He has a lot of energy and enjoys exploring and staying active. He has been in foster care twice, through no fault of his own. Despite the challenges and trauma he has experienced, he remains a happy-go-lucky child with a positive spirit.

Waylon is very excited for his birthday! He loves being outside and exploring. He recently moved to a new home and does not have many toys, especially outdoor toys. He would really love a new, shiny bike to ride around and explore his new neighborhood.
