Elias is an active and curious little boy who has been in foster care since birth. He loves bright colors, music, and anything he can shake, roll, or explore with his little hands—especially push toys and ride-on toys that allow him to move and go on adventures. As he continues to work hard to overcome his developmental delays, he has made significant progress. He enjoys watching Ms. Rachel, and his favorite food is bananas.

Elias loves playing with his sand toys and trucks. He has been wishing for a sandbox so he can enjoy this kind of play at his foster home anytime he wants, not just when he is at the beach or park. Having a sandbox would support his imaginative play and also help meet some of his sensory needs.
