Her connection to stillness stems from her past. After entering foster care as a teenager due to family issues, she emerged with resilience but many unanswered questions. These experiences inspire her dream of becoming a therapist and somatic coach, where she hopes to help others reconnect with their bodies and emotions, providing the support she wished she had during her own challenges.
Josephine is asking for a new air fryer for her apartment to make cooking easier, quicker, and more enjoyable. She’s hoping for something convenient that helps her prepare delicious meals with less hassle, whether she’s making quick snacks or full dinners. An air fryer would be a great addition to her kitchen, giving her more flexibility and inspiration for meals.
