Destiney was born positive to substances. She has struggled to meet her milestones and has some developmental delays. She loves being near her big sister and always has a bright smile on her face. Destiney was removed from her parents' care due to domestic violence and physical abuse of her siblings, and then was placed with a relative who overdosed while with them. She unfortunately has not been able to have proper medical care, but hopefully, now she will be able to start receiving services to catch up with some of her medical and developmental needs.

Destiney will have so much fun playing outside this summer. She is working on developing her motor skills, and she will especially enjoy sitting on the driveway and drawing with chalk while the other kids play around her. She will be excited to open a big box of sidewalk chalk on her birthday and use it to create and play outside.
