Ally has had a long road; she was adopted as a baby, but her mental health struggles have escalated to the point that she needed to take some time away from her adoptive home. Ally is incredibly intelligent and loves participating in school theater, volunteering at the library, and writing poetry. Her team is dedicated to helping her develop the coping skills she needs to step into the world as an independent adult.

Ally’s bike gives her a sense of independence. She rides it to school every day and also around her town, especially to her favorite place—the public library. Ally received her bike as a Christmas gift from her foster care agency, but the back tire has started to wear down and the inner tube is now deflated. Her bike needs repairs so she can safely use it again. Getting her bike fixed would help Ally continue to travel safely and independently around her community, allowing her to keep doing the things she enjoys.
